A: The web site migration service that we are offering is free of cost (within a certain limit). We’ll transfer your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost info and unwanted network downtime. This is why we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!We’ve got highly accomplished administrators whose only task is to make sure that your web site functions exactly as it did on your old web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: While we cannot give you a precise ETA, because there are a lot of variables, including the size of the web files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will do our very best to migrate your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not large).

A: We will need the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the website’s name (domain name).

A: While we move your website content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will never touch base with them in any way.

A: We can migrate your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–based web hosting platform as long as we can get access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only sites that we are unable to migrate are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
